How do I make a purchase?

You are able to order products on Hot Or Just Me by adding to cart, and completing the check out process. Some products are available at a discount when you subscribe.

When will my products arrive?

Once we receive your order we typically process it in 4-7 business days (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING DAYS), however during the holidays or restock sales processing times may take from 7-14 business days due to the influx of orders. Once it leaves our facility you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email to track your order until it arrives to you.

Hot or Just Me accepts various forms of payments including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Meta Pay. This information is subject to change.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days) on orders $50.00 and up.

- Orders 0lb–5lb are $4.90 for Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days)
- Orders 5lb–70lb are $19.90 for Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days)
- Orders 0lb–1lb are $6.90 for Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days)
- Orders 1lb–5lb are $9.90 for Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days)
